Conrad studied at the Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design in Vancouver and has practiced ceramic artworks in both Canada and Hong Kong. He specializes in wheel-thrown pottery, combining utilitarian and decorative characteristics and employing a variety of ceramic techniques to make functional wares sculptural. His vessels might be small in size, but they carry significant presence.
